Terms
Terms of service
and website use.
These terms cover the use of yagodesign.eu and the design services YAGODESIGN GROUP Sp. z o.o. provides. Where a signed quotation or contract says something different, that document takes precedence.

1. Who these terms are with
This website and the design services described on it are provided by YAGODESIGN GROUP Sp. z o.o., ul. Gdańska 7/5, 59-700 Bolesławiec, Poland (“we”, “the studio”). Full company details are in the Impressum.
By using this website you accept the website terms in sections 2 and 3. Sections 4 to 11 apply once you commission work from us.
2. Using this website
You may browse the site, and share links to it, freely. You may not scrape it in bulk, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use the brief form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
We work to keep the information here accurate, but the website is provided as it is. Project descriptions, availability and indicative timescales may change without notice and are not an offer capable of acceptance.
3. Images and intellectual property on this site
All designs, renders, photographs, illustrations, text and layout on this website are the property of YAGODESIGN GROUP Sp. z o.o. or are published with the rights holder’s permission. Vehicle manufacturer names, team names and sponsor marks remain the property of their respective owners and appear here only to identify the vehicle or project shown.
You may not reproduce, redistribute or use our designs — including reproducing a livery on a vehicle — without written permission. If you would like to license or adapt a design shown here, ask: many of the projects marked “available to license” exist for exactly that.
4. What a project includes
Each project is defined by the quotation we send you. Unless that quotation says otherwise, a livery design project covers:
- design of the livery for one specified vehicle,
- visualization of the approved direction on that vehicle,
- print-ready artwork at 1:1 scale, prepared for your wrapper,
- an installation guide describing how the panels go together.
Printing, material supply, fitting and any work on the physical vehicle are not included. Those are arranged by you with your installer.
5. What we need from you
To start, we need the exact vehicle and body kit, the intended use, sponsor logos in vector form where they exist, brand guidelines, any placement rules imposed by your series, and the deadline. Delay in supplying these moves the delivery date by at least the same amount.
You confirm that you hold the rights to any logo, photograph or artwork you send us, and that we may reproduce it in the design. You indemnify us against third-party claims arising from material you supplied.
6. Revisions and approval
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the quotation. A round means one consolidated set of comments, not a series of separate messages. Changes that go beyond the agreed direction — a different concept, a different vehicle, or added vehicles — are quoted separately.
Production files are prepared after you approve the design in writing. Changes requested after approval are new work and are charged accordingly.
7. Delivery and timing
Indicative timescales are given with each quotation and assume prompt feedback and complete source material. Dates become firm only when confirmed in writing for a specific project.
We deliver digital files by email or a download link. We are not responsible for delays caused by your installer, printer, shipping, or by material you supplied late.
8. Fees and payment
Fees are those in the accepted quotation. Unless agreed otherwise, an advance is payable before design begins and the balance before production files are released. Invoices are payable within the period stated on them.
Prices are net; VAT is added where applicable. For business customers, statutory interest applies to late payment under Polish law.
9. Rights in the finished design
Copyright in a design remains with YAGODESIGN GROUP Sp. z o.o. until the project is paid in full. On full payment you receive the right to apply the design to the vehicle or vehicles named in the quotation, and to photograph and publish that vehicle freely.
Applying the design to further vehicles, reselling it, or licensing it to a third party requires a separate written agreement. Exclusivity applies only where the quotation says so.
We reserve the right to show the work in our portfolio, on this website and on social media, and to enter it for awards. If a project must stay confidential until a launch date, tell us before it starts and we will hold it back.
10. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence without limitation, and for a breach of an essential contractual obligation up to the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract. Liability for slight negligence is otherwise excluded. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Colour is a specific case worth stating plainly: screen colour, proof colour and printed vinyl colour differ, and output varies between printers and materials. Ask your printer for a physical proof before a full run. We are not responsible for the printed result, the material chosen, or the quality of the fitting.
We are not responsible for whether a design complies with the technical or advertising regulations of a particular race series. Confirm those with your series organiser before production.
11. Cancellation
You may cancel a project at any time in writing. Work completed up to that point is invoiced pro rata, and any advance is applied against it. Where the design was already approved, the full fee is due.
A consumer contracting at a distance has the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Where you ask us to begin before that period ends and the work is then completed, that right lapses, in line with the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. For business customers, the competent court is the one for the studio’s registered office. For consumers, the ordinary statutory rules on jurisdiction apply, and the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If a provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the rest stays in force.
13. Personal data
How we handle personal data is set out separately in the privacy policy.
