Warranty & returns.

Warranty

Every roll is new, sealed and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against material defects. Keep the roll label and your invoice: the batch number is needed for any claim.

Consumers also keep their statutory rights if the goods do not conform to the contract, for two years from delivery. The warranty does not cover installation, surface preparation or damage after fitting.

Returns

As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Send the roll back within 14 days of telling us; we refund the price and standard delivery cost within 14 days, once the roll is back with us. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Film that has been cut or applied loses its value, and that loss is deducted from the refund. Business purchases can be returned only by prior agreement.

How to claim

Email info@yagodesign.eu with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the roll label.
